Lumi is the devoted mum of nine puppies who were found abandoned in the middle of nowhere hungry, frightened and completely alone. At first, only six of the puppies could be caught. A seventh was rescued later and finally, after days of patience, the last puppy was brought to safety alongside his mum, Lumi. Now, after putting all her energy into keeping her babies alive, it's finally Lumi's turn to find a loving family of her own. Lumi is approximately 4,5 years old (estimated DOB: 21/12/2021). She is a small-to-medium-sized girl weighing 13.8kg. Despite everything she has endured, she has remained incredibly gentle, kind, and sweet. When she first arrived, Lumi was understandably shy and unsure. Today, she has grown into a happy little butterfly who greets her favourite people with excitement and loves playing with her kennel mates and doggy friends. Beneath her cheerful nature, she's still a sensitive soul who needs kind, patient people willing to let her build trust at her own pace. Lumi can feel nervous if someone enters her space too quickly but once she knows you're safe, her playful, affectionate and wonderfully funny personality begins to shine. Watching her gain confidence and discover that people can be kind has been a truly rewarding journey. She walks nicely on a lead, gets along well with other dogs and is ready to start the next chapter of her life with a family who will give her the love, security and patience she deserves. After such a difficult beginning, it's time for Lumi to experience what it means to simply be someone's cherished companion. Lumi is in Cyprus and is looking for a forever home in either Cyprus or the UK. She is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, treated for parasites and rescue back up will be provided.
