He’s young, full of life, and loves playing with other dogs. With new people, he needs a little time to feel safe — and who can blame him? We don’t know what happened in his past, but something made trust a rare treasure for him. Silver is almost completely healthy. He has leishmaniasis (not contagious to humans or other animals; transmitted only through sand fly bites), but he has already completed his Milteforan treatment. Going forward, he will only need regular annual check-ups and affordable daily maintenance medication. We truly believe that Silver will find a person he can trust again — someone patient, gentle, and ready to show him that love is real. He doesn’t belong in a kennel.
