Say hello to Taffy, the sweetest little gentleman! This adorable boy spent a whole month in the small cages of a municipal kennel before coming to our shelter. When he arrived, he was so excited — and he still gets just as happy every time he goes for a walk or gets cuddles from people. Taffy is a 7-year-old Chihuahua (estimated DOB: 11/04/2018) and weighs only 5.7kg. He’s great with other dogs, walks beautifully on a leash, and has the most loving, affectionate personality.
