Meet Loulou, one of the 8 puppies rescued from a municipality pound were they had very little chance of getting adopted due to lack of visibility. Loulou is about 4 months old and appears to be a pincher cross. She’s expected to be small to medium-sized when fully grown. Loulou is sweet, playful, and loves human attention and companionship.
